Drilling Material

Drilling materials lab has been accredited in accordance ISO 17025 ISO 2000: 9001. Drilling materials lab carries out lab services especially to find out the quality of mud materials, cement, completion fluide, inhibitor, and gravel pack and pad sand in accordance with the existing test procedure in addition this lab provides lab services for mud formulation testing or drilling cements from company services for tender which will be used by oil companies.

The standard references used are AP (American Petroleum Institute) OCMA (Oil Companies Material Association) Chevron procedure, ASTM, EPA and other oil company procedure.

This lab is equipment with the lab test equipment such as:

• VCA (Ultrasonic Cement Analyzer)
• Pressurized Rheo-meter
• ICPOES (Inductively Couple Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer).
