Pipe Test Lab

The activities of this lab are among others : • PE Pipe characteristic, Yield and Breaking stress, Elongation at Break (ISO / DIS 6259 )
• Melt Mass-flow Rate (MFR) Determination: for PE pipe on temperature condition & certain (ISO 1133)
• Heat Reversion test (Longitudinal Reversion): ISO 2505/1 & 2505/2
• Volatile Content : ISO 4437 ANNEX A
• Pipe test supervision : Hydrostatic test , marking, pipe diameter , pipe thickness .

For a test sample, this lab is supported with equipment such as :

• Tensile strength
• Drying oven & heating
• Capillary Plastometer
